The European Constitution, another step forward for a United States of Europe.
The European Constition is another excuse for the EU to have more powers over Member States. Some of the articles in the European Constitution include to have an EU Foriegn Policy & to have a European Defence Force. This is another reason why an Independent Scotland should withdraw from the European Union. The EU should not allowed to decide how an Independent Scotland is run.

UK Supreme Court, Westminster breaks the Act of Union yet again.
Westminster have passed an Act to create a UK Supreme Court. This is unexetable & shows why Westminster is failing to make laws which are for the people of Scotland. This is not the first Westminster has broken the Act of Union.
